May 1- Sep 13 Halibut/Rockfish

July 1- August 24 Silver Salmon

July 1- September Lingcod

* New 2024 Fishing season Regulations: Limit is 2 halibut per day per person, 1 fish may be any size, 2nd fish must be less than 28" in length (about a 7 pound fish). Also, we cannot keep halibut on any Wednesday all season, (waiting for new regulations for 2024)

Reservations and Rates

All rates are per person and DO NOT include 7% sales tax (current rate subject to change) or Harbor User Fees of $3.50 per person. We can accommodate groups up to 6 people.

Reservation Policies:

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. A 50% deposit is required prior to trip. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to departure, MINUS any credit card fees

Cancellation Policy:

Notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to departure to avoid cancellation penalty, refund will be by check minus $10 paper fee, or on credit card minus all processing fees charged by credit card processor (@ 3.5% to run, and 3.5% to refund). We very highly recommend you purchase separate trip insurance. For safety reasons Inn & Out Charters, Inc., reserves the right to cancel trips due to bad weather or mechanical problems. In the case of bad weather we may change the type of trip, issue a refund, or allow the client an opportunity to re-book a different day based on space availability. We may also fish the protected waters of Resurrection Bay. In the case of a mechanical problem, we will allow the client to re-book another day if space is available, or issue a refund.
